The Best in the West 2026 awards night is where the season comes to a close and the people's winners are crowned. Every trophy is decided the same way: by verified public vote, one vote per person per category, with live and transparent tallies. There is no judging panel and no pay-to-win — the community chooses.
The evening is hosted alongside the local business community, bringing together the nominees, their customers and the people who make The West tick. Sponsors help fund the night, but they never influence who wins — that stays entirely with the public vote.
Winners are announced across every category — from Best Restaurant and Best Estate Agent to Best Beach Bar, Best Spa and Best Local Hero. Until voting closes, follow the live leaderboards, and if you run or love a business in The West, there's still time to nominate and rally your votes.
